Pro Tapes Pro 406 is a general purpose rubber based adhesive tape designed for bonding to a variety of polyurethane and polyethylene foams, felt, rubber, sponge, cork, abrasive materials and gasket materials. Adhesive: rubber. Carrier: 60# polycoated lay-flat silicone treated release liner. Liner side adhesive thickness: 1.3 mils. Exposed side adhesive thickness: 1.4 mils. Carrier thickness: 0.5 mils. Total thickness: 3.2 mils. Elongation: 350 percent. Tensile strength: 10 pounds per inch. Peel exposed side: 130 ounces per inch, high. Peel liner side: 100 ounces per inch, high. Shear exposed side: 24+ hours. Shear liner side: 24+ hours. Application temperature: 50 degrees F to 104 degrees F. Service temperature: -4 degrees F to 212 degrees F. Features includes quick stick, good adhesion, short term, high temperature resistance, permanent bond, easy unwind. Applications includes mounting, bonding, tabbing, splicing, laminating. Measures 36 yards length by 2-inches width.
