Can I return whatever I do not use?
Yes, all we ask is that you ship it back un-opened un-used using our easy return portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Click On Link at Bottom of Page
What will be deducted from my total return?
-15% restock fee on items returned Un-opened Un-used.
-Cost of Return Shipping label printed from the BalloonsFast return portal (link Below)
-Shipping charges(from original order if over $100 and you received free shipping) and the returned items cause the original order total to fall below $100.
-Any Tier price discounts received. If returned items cause the original order total to fall below the tier discount threshold received, the Entire discount will be deducted from the total of the returned items.
Seasonal items will not be refunded. Electronic items such as pumps. Must be in their original packaging un-used refund will not be issued on used or opened products. Products that have been custom printed, seasonal, specially cut, special ordered or assembled are not returnable.
If you are doing an exchange for non seasonal items Please make a new order and return the unwanted items through the link below. There will be no 15% restock charge, the return label cost will be deducted from the exchanged item. Place copy of the new order receipt in the exchange item returns.
