WHAT IS COVERED Conwins products are manufactured according to a rigid code of quality standards. In the event of defects in materials or workmanship, Conwin will repair or replace the product, at Conwins option and pay return shipping charges to the customer via UPS Ground. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to Conwin for repairs, whether under warranty or not, including duties, VAT, and taxes. WHAT IS NOT COVERED Conwins Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage incurred during shipping, alterations, improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs, modifications, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, neglect, flood, normal wear and tear, or acts of God. Conwins Lifetime Warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, written or oral. No employee, agent, dealer, distributor, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Conwin Carbonic Company, Inc. Units that utilize replacement parts or components that are no longer manufactured by Conwin cannot be repaired. REPAIR SHIPPING POLICY Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to Conwin, whether the product is deemed to be under warranty or not. Products under warranty will be shipped back to the customer free of charge via UPS Ground only. If customer would like expedited shipping, they must pay the difference in cost of shipping.
