    Love these mini balloons. I ordered one of each for mothers day, I used them to put on flower arrangements. Everyone love the mini balloons. Im very happy with my purchase. They do come un-inflated. I didn’t buy the balloon sealer but instead i used and an old flat hair straightener that i didn’t need, because the flat iron does get stain from the balloon paint. You can always clean it after.
