Fast Same Day Ground Shipping on Orders Submitted by 3pm EST. FREE Ground Shipping on all Orders Over $75 Shipped to the Lower 48 States. Excluding AK,HI, and US Territories. USPS must be selected to ship to these areas
Shipping Companies Include:UPS or USPS. Overseas & APO-FPO, AK, HI, PR orders are shipped by The US Post Office. Tracking is available for UPS and USPS shipments. See Tracking (see right column) but is not all that helpful for USPS shipments, as it only shows shipment and receipt times.
Common Shipping Delays
- The most common shipping delay result from errors in shipping address. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled in correctly in the order confirmation you receive via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- UPS & USPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday.Orders Placed on Friday will arrive Next Business Day Monday. Saturday Delivery Available For Extra Charge, Please call for Details 1-888-599-3278.
- Order Processing Time: Orders received by 3 PM EST with terms or authorized credit card will be shipped the same day although it is not guaranteed and may be longer during extremely high seasonal demand or just before major holidays; orders are pulled in order received so allow for an extra day during busy holidays; Customer is responsible for expedited shipment cost. IF YOU NEED THE ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE BE SURE TO SELECT THE PROPER SHIPPING METHOD. DO NOT RISK IT SHIPPING DELAYS WILL HAPPEN Give yourself a day or 2 for delays
Track Your Shipment
If your shipment is coming by UPS or USPS, you can track your order using the tracking info included in your order confirmation e-mail.

- If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
- The item/s you purchased is/are on back order.
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.

- Shipping Delays: BalloonsFast is not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS holiday closing which are posted on their website; or delays due to weather and expedited shipping if required is customer’s responsibility
- Shipping Damage: Inspect packages before accepting delivery; if damaged or security tape is broken check to see if any product is missing or damaged and if so inform UPS driver and/or refuse delivery and inform BalloonsFast immediately
- Shortages: Mistakes may happen so inspect packages upon receipt and report any shortages within 2 days of receipt but all orders are checked by two different employees to ensure order accuracy
