1. Good but kept popping

   The purple balloons were good but I did get a handful of defective balloons (Neck of the balloons were not created) and a hand full of the purple balloons also kept popping while inflating them. Over all out of 100 balloons I think 10-15 were bad. If I was relying on exact count this would be a problem. But I purchased 2 bags this round since I needed 120 balloons so I had spares.
