Worked even without the helium!
No helium to be found in our area during graduation parties last week, but I found these online and filled them with air. I bought the #19, smiley with the grad cap and thumbs up. All of them held up great, except for the thumb (just wouldn't hold air for very long). I also ordered similar balloons from Party City, which were junk (deflating after 30 min) compared to the ones I got from balloonsfast.com. I would order balloons from here again.
